DealAxis operates strictly as a neutral intermediary. We do not act as a product owner, storage provider, stockist, reseller, end buyer, or seller. We only facilitate communication and trade introductions between verified parties.
No Stock, No Storage, No Handling
We do not store, inspect, transport, or physically handle any goods. All responsibility for the product, including its quality, quantity, and compliance, lies solely with the seller and buyer.
No Fixed Commission Structure
DealAxis does not operate on a fixed or permanent commission model. Our facilitation fee is agreed only on the trade date, depending on the product, quantity, market conditions, and mutual agreement between the parties involved.
No Guarantee of Performance
While we work to ensure transparency and only connect verified parties, DealAxis makes no guarantees about performance, pricing, delivery, or compliance of either buyer or seller. All trade risks remain solely between the two parties.
Zero Legal Responsibility in Trade Failures
We are not liable for losses, delays, non-performance, payment disputes, legal issues, or damages arising from any transaction. All deals are conducted between buyer and seller independently. Use of our platform or network implies agreement to this clause.
Confidentiality Assurance
We ensure that all sensitive trade information and identities are kept strictly confidential and are used only for the intended transaction. We do not disclose client details to third parties without consent.
No Pressure Sales or Misrepresentation
We do not influence pricing, force deals, or misrepresent any information. All trades must be conducted voluntarily and based on clear, honest, and accurate communication.
